Asphalt surfaces continuously lose essential aromatic oils and maltene resins under UAE solar radiation. Over 2 to 4 years, rich black flexible asphalt turns dry, gray, and brittle, leading to surface raveling and stone loss. Marathon Sealing provides heavy-duty mineral-filled polymer-modified sealcoat emulsions and deep-penetrating seal (DPS) rejuvenators that seal out UV oxidation, vehicle fluids, and rain.
